What we do
Most quote sites here take your details and hand them to five or six companies the same afternoon. We send your request to one screened company in your own region, and to nobody else. If that company does not suit you, or you have heard nothing within two working days, we look for another one. We ask your permission again before we pass anything on.
The other half of the site costs you nothing and asks nothing: what a job normally runs to, which parts of it you can skip, and when the sensible answer is to wait a year. That half is written in Dutch and covers more than the two subjects below, from a home battery to a bathroom to a car lease.
Our name means alleen helden, only heroes. One company that clears the bar is worth more than three that do not.
Good to know: our request form is in Dutch, and so is most of the contact with the company we find for you. If you would rather write in English, email us and we will pass your request on. Either way it goes to one screened company in your region.

What does it cost?
Nothing. Reading the site and sending a request is free and without obligation. Companies pay us a fixed amount per request we pass on. You pay only the company you choose, for the work you agree with them.
How many companies will contact me?
One. Your request goes to one screened company in your region and to nobody else. If it does not fit, or you have heard nothing after two working days, tell us and we look for another company. We ask your permission again before we pass your request on.
Why only one company?
Because three phone calls about the same job is work, not service. We would rather put the effort into picking the right company than into making you compare. And you can judge a single price if you know what the job normally costs, which is what the rest of the site is for.
What happens to my details?
They go to the one company we select for your request, and nowhere else. We never sell them on. Our full privacy statement is in Dutch and that text is the authoritative one.
Will the company speak English?
Many Dutch companies can, but we cannot promise it for the one we pick. Tell us in advance and we take it into account when we choose.
