How it works

Step 1 — Tell us what needs doing

You pick a category and answer a handful of short questions about the job. No account, no password. Your postcode tells us whether we have a company for your region.

Step 2 — We pick one company

We look at which screened companies work in your region, do this kind of job, and have room for it. One of them receives your request. Not two at the same time, and never the whole list.

What we check before a company joins

• It is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, and we verify that ourselves.
• It has been trading for at least two years.
• Its public reviews sit around 4 out of 5 or better, on more than one review site.
• There is no visible pattern of complaints.
• It genuinely does this work in your area and has capacity for what we send.
• It is willing to tell us what happened to the requests we sent.

Step 3 — The company gets in touch

Usually within two working days. You get one price rather than three, so read our price pages first and you will know whether that number is normal for the job. Heard nothing after two working days, or the company does not suit you? Email us and we look for another one. Nobody gets a second company without saying yes to it first.

Good to know: our request form is in Dutch, and so is most of the contact with the company we find for you. If you would rather write in English, email us and we will pass your request on. Either way it goes to one screened company in your region.
